Kylie Jenner lists luxury estate amid ongoing expansion of her property portfolio
The KHY founder purchased the estate in 2016 when she was just 19 years old
Kylie Jenner is parting ways with one of her most iconic properties.
The reality star and beauty mogul has listed her longtime Hidden Hills mansion for $20.25 million, nearly a decade after purchasing the home for $12.05 million at just 19 years old.
The property served as her primary residence for years and remains one of her most well-known real estate investments.
Spanning over 13,000 square feet on a private 1.4-acre lot, the estate offers a blend of luxury and comfort.
The eight-bedroom, eight-and-two-half-bathroom home features high-end amenities including a private theater, a game room with a wet bar, a gym, a massage room, and a home office complete with a fireplace.
The main living space is designed with an open floor plan, centered around a chef’s kitchen with dual islands that flows into a dramatic great room lined with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Moreover, the primary suite includes a private sitting area, dual oversized closets, a spa-inspired stone bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds.
The home also includes a separate guest residence with its own entrance, bedroom, kitchenette, and courtyard, offering added privacy for visitors.
Outside, the estate is built for entertaining, featuring resort-style amenities such as a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a covered patio, and a fire pit lounge.
A circular driveway, six-car garage, and additional guest parking complete the expansive compound.
The mansion is one of three properties Jenner acquired in the Hidden Hills area within an 18-month span early in her real estate journey.
While she later sold the other two homes, she held onto this larger estate as her primary residence.
Despite listing the property, Jenner is not leaving the neighborhood. She previously purchased a five-acre vacant lot in Hidden Hills, where she is currently building a new mega-mansion.
Plans for the estate reportedly include an 18,000-square-foot main house, a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, and extensive outdoor amenities.
The sale comes as Jenner continues to expand both her real estate portfolio and her personal life, with her relationship with Timothée Chalamet remaining in the spotlight. The couple, first linked in 2023, made their red carpet debut in 2025 and have continued to appear publicly together.
