Offset has been hospitalized after being shot in an incident outside a Florida casino, authorities confirmed.

The 32-year-old rapper sustained non-life-threatening injuries during a shooting that occurred Monday evening outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. 

According to police, the incident unfolded shortly after 7 p.m. in a valet area on the property.

In a statement, the Seminole Police Department said officers responded immediately and quickly contained the situation. 

Two individuals have since been detained, while the investigation remains ongoing.

Offset was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he is reported to be in stable condition and under close medical supervision. 

A representative for the rapper confirmed he is “fine,” though further details about his injuries have not been publicly disclosed.

Authorities emphasized that the scene has been secured and there is no ongoing threat to the public. Operations at the venue have continued as normal following the incident.

A source familiar with the situation said the rapper is expected to recover and is not currently in intensive care. 

Officials have not released additional information about the circumstances leading up to the shooting.

Videos circulating on social media appear to capture moments after the incident, showing law enforcement detaining individuals at the scene.

Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, rose to fame as a member of the hip-hop trio Migos and has since built a successful solo career.
