Jackie Tohn describes Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard as family

The actress and musician Jackie Tohn has opened up about her exceptionally close bond with her Nobody Wants This co-star Kristen Bell and her family.

In a candid interview with People Magazine, Tohn revealed that she considers Bell’s daughters, Lincoln and Delta, to be so close to her that she views them as her own "birth children."

She jokingly shared that she often tells the youngsters she carried them, despite their clear resemblance to their parents, Kristen and Dax Shepard.

"I tell them all the time that they're actually my birth children. I'm like, 'It's so funny, you look just like these Dax and Kristen people, but I carried you both and you're my children,'" Tohn remarked.

Beyond the humour, she highlighted a heartwarming tradition involving her own niece, Lily, who is around the same age as Lincoln.

When the Shepard children outgrow their clothes, the items are passed down to Lily, who takes great pride in wearing the "rad swag" to school.

Tohn further emphasised the depth of this relationship, noting that she is frequently summoned to private gatherings.

"[There has] been random stuff going on lately, and they called me and they were like, 'You're coming to family dinner.' And I was like, 'On my way.' 'You need to sit at this table with us.' 'Coming!'" she shared.

This sense of belonging highlights the strong support systems often found within the entertainment industry.

Tohn, who has a nephew herself, continues to balance her thriving television career with these cherished personal connections.
