Olivia Munn shared a heartfelt glimpse into her family life with husband John Mulaney and their two children, describing a simple, joy-filled day centered entirely around togetherness.

Speaking exclusively to People about her daily life, Munn, 45, said her ideal family day involves staying close to home and embracing the small moments with their children son Malcolm Hiệp, born in 2021, and daughter Méi June, born via surrogate in 2024.

“John and I and our two kids hung out at the house all day, and hung in the yard, and went to the beach, and we just did every single thing together,” she shared, describing a recent day spent fully immersed in family time.

Munn emphasized how important it is for their children to have both parents present, noting that even routine activities like cooking meals or spending time outdoors become meaningful when shared as a unit.

The actress, known for her role in The Newsroom, added that the simplest moments often become the most memorable, from playing in the yard to using a classic sprinkler during a hot day, which turned into hours of outdoor fun.

Beyond her family reflections, Munn has also spoken candidly about her ongoing breast cancer journey, revealing she was diagnosed in March 2024 with an aggressive form of the disease affecting both breasts. She underwent multiple surgeries, including a double mastectomy, while leaning heavily on Mulaney’s support.

Munn and Mulaney, 43, began dating in 2021, welcomed their first child later that year, and married in an intimate ceremony in New York in July 2024.
