Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson has admitted he failed to provide his son with a comprehensive sexual education, leading him to author a bespoke "instruction manual" on the subject.

Speaking to executive editor Zak Jason at Business Insider’s The Long Play event on Tuesday, the longevity enthusiast revealed that his twenty-year-old son recently approached him with questions that highlighted a significant gap in his upbringing.

"He is 20 now, and we were talking about sex. He had these questions, and I was like, 'I've never educated my son on sex,'" Johnson told the audience.

He expressed concern that an "entire generation of people" has been left without proper guidance, noting that for many, "his only source of education has been porn."

This realisation prompted the 47-year-old to compile ten specific lessons intended to explain intimacy and the nuances of arousal more deliberately.

The entrepreneur, often likened to a "longevity version" of Fifty Shades of Grey by observers, explained that the manual covers fundamental aspects of healthy partnerships.

"Basic stuff like that, so it was like trying to educate people on, how do you create good relationships in a loving manner," Johnson said. He praised his son’s reaction to the candid discussions, remarking: "My son is so cool."

Johnson, who famously spends $2 million annually on protocols to reverse his biological age, maintains that healthy relationships are vital for mental and physical performance.

He previously gained notoriety for using a wearable device to monitor nocturnal physiological data as part of his rigorous health regimen.
