Second housekeeper files lawsuit against Kylie Jenner alleging toxic work conditions

Kylie Jenner is facing a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper who alleges racial discrimination, workplace harassment, and labor violations while working at the reality star’s household, according to court documents reported by the Los Angeles Times.

The plaintiff, Juana Delgado Soto, claims she worked for Jenner starting in 2019 and experienced worsening conditions over time, particularly after a new supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, took over in 2023.

The lawsuit alleges Sibrian mocked Soto’s accent, immigration status, and intelligence, creating what she describes as a hostile work environment.

Filed against Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., and affiliated service companies, the complaint also accuses management staff of wage violations, retaliation, and failure to address repeated complaints.

Soto alleges that after reporting the issues to human resources in 2024, the supervisor was temporarily removed but later reinstated, after which she faced further retaliation, including reduced pay, increased workload, and altered schedules.

The lawsuit also includes claims of restricted basic workplace rights, alleging Soto was denied bathroom breaks, proper meal breaks, and access to drinking water during work hours. She further claims she was forced to perform excessive duties, including cleaning a doghouse, and was denied time off during a personal family bereavement.

One of the most serious allegations in the filing states that Soto was told she could not look at or speak to Jenner and would need to “disappear” if she saw her after submitting a formal complaint.

According to the complaint, tensions escalated in April 2025 when Soto placed a written letter on Jenner’s massage table detailing her grievances, including emotional distress and workplace mistreatment.

She reportedly expressed that she was suffering from anxiety, sleep deprivation, and severe emotional strain.

Soto resigned in August 2025, stating in a text message that ongoing mistreatment had made her unable to continue working, citing emotional exhaustion and deteriorating mental health.

A separate but related lawsuit filed earlier this year by another former housekeeper, Angelica Vazquez, also alleged a hostile work environment under Jenner’s household management, though neither case directly accuses Jenner of personally committing the alleged misconduct.

Representatives for Kylie Jenner have declined to comment, and attorneys for the defendants have not publicly responded in detail to the allegations. The legal proceedings remain ongoing.
