Alix Earle is reflecting on her rise to fame, saying she has learned the importance of self-confidence and becoming “her own biggest fan” amid the pressures of life in the public eye.

The 25-year-old podcast host and influencer, who recently landed a Netflix unscripted series and launched her skincare brand Reale Actives earlier this year, opened up about her journey in a new interview with Sports Illustrated.

“I’ve come to realise that you have to focus on being your true self and you also have to be your own biggest fan,” Earle said. “No one is going to have your back the way that you can for yourself.”

Earle, who also competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2025, said her approach to content creation has always centered on authenticity and relatability, which she believes is key to her connection with fans.

“I often feel like I am a big sister to my audience,” she explained. “I’m being honest and hopefully showing that it is O.K. to embrace exactly who you are.”

She added that the philosophy aligns with the ethos of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, in which she also appears, noting that it celebrates individuality rather than perfection.

“It’s not about presenting this perfect picture,” she said. “It celebrates women, not because they are flawless, but because they are fully themselves — the good, the bad, everything.”

Beyond her career reflections, Earle also addressed ongoing speculation about tension with fellow podcaster Alex Cooper, host of Call Her Daddy.

During an appearance on the TODAY show, Earle was asked directly about rumours of a feud, which stemmed in part from her podcast Hot Mess previously being part of Cooper’s Unwell Network before its cancellation in 2025.

When pressed on whether there was real conflict, Earle downplayed the claims.

“No, it’s exaggerated,” she said. “I love everyone.”

Her response came after she was asked multiple times about the situation, with Earle steering the conversation back to positivity and declining to elaborate further.
