Brooks Nader is embracing unpredictability when it comes to romance.

The Baywatch star recently admitted she prefers “a little chaos” in her love life, revealing that too much stability is not for her.

Speaking at Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit 2026 launch event, the 29-year-old model joked about the emotional ups and downs she experiences in relationships.

“There would be so many waves. There’d probably be a tsunami,” Nader said while discussing her dating life.

The television personality explained that calm relationships do not appeal to her, adding, “I like a little chaos. If it’s too calm, I’m out.”

Nader’s comments come more than a year after finalizing her divorce from advertising executive Billy Haire in 2025.

Since then, she has been linked to several high-profile names and has openly discussed enjoying the freedom that comes with being single.

In a previous interview, the Sports Illustrated model said single life allows her to fully enjoy herself without having to answer to anyone.

“You can do whatever you want when you’re single,” she said at the time. “Not having to answer to anybody, not having to explain yourself if you’re seen talking or flirting with a guy, dating multiple people.”

While her personal life continues to generate headlines, Nader is also preparing for a major television role in the upcoming “Baywatch” reboot.

The model stars alongside Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell and Livvy Dunne in the highly anticipated series.

Ahead of filming, Nader revealed that the cast underwent weeks of intense lifeguard and swim training to prepare for their roles.

“We did three or four weeks of lifeguard training, swim training,” she shared in a recent interview.

According to Nader, the cast was encouraged to take the preparation seriously after learning how the original “Baywatch” series had inspired viewers to perform lifesaving CPR in real-life emergencies.

She recalled being told by one of the franchise’s founders that the show had received hundreds of letters from people claiming they learned CPR techniques by watching the series.

The experience left a lasting impression on Nader, who said she felt a genuine responsibility during training.

“I felt a responsibility to take the training seriously because you really don’t know who you could be saving that’s watching at home,” she said.
