Eiza González is opening up about her relationship with tennis star Grigor Dimitrov, revealing a humorous contrast between their personalities — especially when it comes to cleanliness.

During a recent appearance on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast, the 36-year-old actress joked that Dimitrov is extremely tidy, describing him as a “clean freak” whose habits are the complete opposite of her own.

“He steams every piece of his clothing, like socks, underwear,” González said. “He has full heart attacks when he sees me, because you should see my bag.”

She added that Dimitrov’s organizing habits are so precise they remind her of professional organizer Marie Kondo, saying she often finds him carefully folding clothes or keeping everything in perfect order.

Despite their differences, González said the dynamic works well in their relationship.

“It’s so funny because he’s just such a Taurus, and I’m just such an Aquarius. But it works,” she said. “It really, really works together.”

The couple were first linked in April 2025 after being spotted holding hands in Madrid, later making their relationship Instagram official when González shared a birthday tribute calling Dimitrov her “absolutely favorite human.”

Since then, the pair have made occasional public appearances together, including events such as the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema Gala and fashion week outings, where they have been photographed together on red carpets.

González has also previously spoken about their relationship publicly, praising Dimitrov’s supportive nature and describing him as a “very sweet” and “hardworking” partner during a film premiere interview.

Speaking at the launch of her film I Love Boosters, she said she was proud to support his career despite joking about the challenges of balancing their lifestyles.

“I’m so happy to share his success, and I’m there for him no matter what,” she said. “He’s such a good human being.”

She also joked about her unofficial role as a “WAG,” saying Dimitrov teases her about it — though she admitted she fully supports him regardless of the label.

“I'm like, ‘Don’t call me a WAG,’ but I guess I am,” she said.
