Kevin Jonas has offered a rare glimpse into his marriage with wife Danielle Jonas, revealing how music continues to play a role in their relationship after 16 years together.

The singer opened up about the couple’s musical preferences during the June 4 episode of the Hey Jonas! podcast, where he appeared alongside his brothers, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas, as they welcomed special guest Bill Nye.

The conversation took a playful turn when Nye asked the brothers what kind of music they listen to when they want to get “revved.”

Joe jokingly interpreted the question as referring to romance, prompting laughter from the group.

Kevin then shared that he has a personal playlist inspired largely by Danielle’s musical tastes, explaining that the songs he chooses are based on her favorite artists and genres.

When Joe teased that Danielle’s favorite band might be DNCE — the group he previously fronted — Kevin quickly dismissed the suggestion.

“It’s not gonna happen,” he joked, before revealing that the playlist leans more toward romantic artists such as Michael Bublé.

The lighthearted exchange offered fans a rare insight into Kevin and Danielle’s long-lasting relationship. The couple, who married in 2009, share two daughters, Alena, 12, and Valentina, 9.

Away from the podcast, Kevin has also been reflecting on family life through his music. The Jonas Brothers star recently released his solo track Little Things, a song inspired by his marriage and experiences as a husband and father.

The candid comments come as the singer continues to balance family life with his music career, giving fans occasional glimpses into the personal moments that inspire his work.
