Rapper and entrepreneur Megan Thee Stallion is pushing back against a $1.2 million lawsuit filed over alleged unpaid wardrobe services, calling the claims “fraudulent” and insisting she will not be “coerced” into paying charges she says cannot be substantiated.

The lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County by styling firm Six K and stylist Eric Archibald, alleges that Megan failed to pay for professional wardrobe services provided across multiple events between January 2024 and August 2025.

According to court documents reviewed in the case, Six K was hired to provide styling services for a range of appearances and submitted invoices to various affiliated entities tied to the artist.

The filing claims that multiple invoices—some allegedly acknowledged via email—remain unpaid despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter over a two-year period.

The plaintiffs say the total amount owed exceeds $1.2 million, including a detailed invoice cited in the complaint for services connected to the Pete & Thomas Foundation Inaugural Gala in New York City, which included preparation days, assistants, and custom gowns.

They further allege that the unpaid fees have caused both financial and professional harm, and are seeking immediate payment of outstanding balances.

However, Megan has strongly disputed the claims. In a statement, she said her finance team conducted an internal audit that uncovered what she described as “fraudulent invoices, unsupported charges, and styling shipments tied to addresses that could not be verified.”

She said her team attempted to resolve the issue privately but claims the plaintiffs chose to proceed with legal action instead.

“The facts are on our side,” she said, adding that she would not be coerced into paying disputed charges.

The case adds to a period of heightened public attention surrounding the Grammy-winning artist, who recently launched her swimwear label Hot Girl Summer and appeared at Paraiso Miami Swim Week in May 2026.

Earlier this year, Megan also stepped away early from her role in Moulin Rouge! The Musical after a health-related incident, later describing the experience as a “wake-up call.”

She has also recently been involved in other legal matters, including a defamation case she won in December 2025. The current lawsuit remains ongoing.
