Kylie Kelce prioritises humility in raising her four daughters
Kylie Kelce shares her commitment to keeping her children grounded despite fame
Kylie Kelce, the host of the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast and wife of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, has shared her dedicated approach to raising her four daughters.
During a recent guest appearance on Cameron Oaks Rogers’s podcast, "Conversations with Cam", which aired on Wednesday, the thirty-three-year-old discussed the intentional choices she and her husband make to ensure their children remain grounded despite their family's public profile.
The couple, who are parents to Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and 11-month-old Finnley, have had numerous discussions regarding their parenting philosophy. Kylie expressed a firm desire to avoid a lavish lifestyle that might isolate her children from reality.
"I don't want our kids to live in some like massive cavernous mansion situation," she noted, emphasizing that she expects her daughters to take responsibility for their own chores. She further explained that while providing unique experiences is exciting, she is careful not to overindulge them.
Kylie’s primary objective is to raise "good people" who understand the value of hard work rather than relying on a "silver spoon."
She candidly stated: "I just want them to, quite frankly — I just want them to not be a******." She believes that a degree of adversity is essential for developing a strong character.
Currently living in the Philadelphia area, the Kelce family continues to balance their media ventures with a focus on normalcy. Following Jason’s retirement from the NFL in 2024, the pair have increasingly used their platforms to discuss the authentic challenges of modern parenting.
