Bonnie Wright announces second baby with husband Andrew Lococo

Bonnie Wright, best known for her role as Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, has shared that she and her husband, Andrew Lococo, are expecting their second child.

The actress, 35, made the announcement on Sunday via Instagram, posting a series of photos with her two-year-old son, Elio.

In one sweet snapshot, Elio is seen planting a kiss on his mother’s baby bump, while another shows Bonnie relaxing on a sofa in a white T-shirt and trousers, holding her son close.

“Two babies on my lap. Our second little earthling joining us this autumn!!” Wright captioned the post.

Fans and friends quickly flooded the comments with congratulations.

Former co-star, Evanna Lynch wrote, “Ahhh congratulations Bonnie!!” while countless others shared well wishes.

Wright welcomed her first child with Lococo in 2023, revealing at the time that Elio was born at home and both mother and baby were healthy.

She also expressed gratitude toward her birth team and praised her husband for his support.

The couple married in 2022. Prior to her marriage, Bonnie was engaged to actor Jamie Campbell Bower, though the pair separated in 2012.

In recent years, Wright has shifted her focus from acting to filmmaking and environmental work.

She also reunited with her Harry Potter co-stars for an HBO special celebrating the 20th anniversary of the iconic film series.
