Amy Schumer is highlighting a key part of her fitness routine as she continues her ongoing wellness and health journey.

The comedian, 44, gave a shoutout to a New York-based Pilates studio, thanking it for helping her feel stronger while sharing photos from the April 9 premiere of the documentary Lorne, which focuses on Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels.

“Shout out to therealpilates for making me feel so strong,” Schumer wrote on Instagram, alongside a carousel of images from the New York City event.

She also used the caption to praise Michaels in her signature comedic style, adding: “Lots of love and respect to the man who started it all and has given me some of the best night of my life (sexually).”

For the premiere at Alice Tully Hall, Schumer wore a pink Prada top paired with Mother jeans and matching Prada sandals, leaning into a bold, fashion-forward red carpet look.

Schumer has been open about her recent health and fitness journey, previously revealing she lost around 50 pounds while managing chronic medical conditions. She has said the transformation was not driven by aesthetics, but by health concerns.

“I did it to survive,” she previously wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post, noting she had been dealing with a condition that caused facial puffiness and other complications. Schumer has also spoken publicly about her endometriosis, describing years of debilitating pain before recently saying she is now “pain free.”

In earlier comments, she emphasized that sharing post-transformation photos is not about pressure or insecurity, but celebration, writing that they represent “a celebration of life and health.”

The Kinda Pregnant star, who shares her son Gene with ex-husband Chris Fischer, has continued to document moments from both her career and personal life as she balances work, motherhood, and wellness recovery.
