Nicola Peltz offers understated response to Brooklyn Beckham’s anniversary tribute

Nicola Peltz Beckham has offered a subtle response to her husband Brooklyn’s public display of affection as the couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the 31-year-old actor and heiress reposted Brooklyn’s emotional tribute from late Thursday.

While the eldest Beckham son had shared a lengthy note about being "stronger than ever" and his desire to "grow old together," Nicola responded with three simple emojis: a heart, happy tears, and crossed fingers.

Earlier in the day, Nicola provided an "insider look" at their private celebration, which she described as the "coziest day with my babies."

Her social media carousel featured photos of the couple’s dogs, a sheet mask treatment, and a meal enjoyed in bed.

Notably, Nicola’s parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz, appeared to show significant enthusiasm for the milestone, sending the couple a large bouquet of white roses and a cheerful card.

This domestic scene stands in stark contrast to the ongoing tension between Brooklyn and his famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham.

The anniversary follows a turbulent period for the family, marked by Brooklyn’s public declaration of independence on 19 January 2026.

In a heated social media post, the aspiring chef denied "propaganda" that he is controlled by his wife, instead alleging that he had been "controlled" by his parents for most of his life.

He revealed that since stepping away from his family, his lifelong struggle with anxiety has disappeared.

Brooklyn has reportedly mandated that all future interactions with the Beckham family be conducted through legal counsel, even declining to attend public celebrations for his father's 50th birthday earlier this year.
