Cardi B seeks court sanctions against blogger Tasha K for contract breaches

Multi-platinum rapper Cardi B has filed an urgent request for a court order against social media personality Tasha K, alleging a "relentless course of conduct" designed to harass her family.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, the Bronx-born star claims the blogger has committed at least 25 distinct violations of a non-disclosure agreement.

The filing asserts that Tasha K has used "thinly veiled commentary" to target the rapper, knowing her audience of over one million followers would immediately identify the subjects of her posts.

The legal team representing Cardi B, 33, described a frustrating "cat and mouse" game in which the influencer reportedly deletes offending posts only to replace them with fresh provocations.

The breaches allegedly include sensitive discussions regarding Cardi B’s former partners, Offset and Stefon Diggs.

Specifically, the rapper pointed to recent commentary concerning a Florida shooting incident involving Offset.

Furthermore, the filing alleges that Tasha K breached confidentiality by discussing Stefon Diggs, described as a "then-romantic partner," on various podcasts.

Cardi B is now seeking formal sanctions for any future violations and a court-mandated block to prevent the influencer from discussing her family on any public platform.

This latest confrontation follows a high-profile 2022 defamation case in which a federal jury awarded Cardi B nearly $4 million in damages against the same blogger.

While Tasha K previously filed for bankruptcy following that verdict, this new legal action suggests that the personal and professional animosity between the two public figures remains unresolved as they return to the courtroom.
