Jason Statham and fiancée snap up £25M coastal property in UK

They previously sold their Malibu home to relocate permanently to the UK

Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley reportedly spend £25M on UK beachfront estate

Jason Statham and his fiancée Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have reportedly invested in a lavish beachfront “forever home” as they continue to prioritise family life away from the spotlight.

According to reports, the couple spent around £20 million on a six-bedroom coastal estate in the south of United Kingdom, with plans to invest an additional £5 million in renovations, bringing the total value of the property to £25 million.

The sprawling estate is said to span approximately 20 acres and features luxury amenities, including a swimming pool, boating lake, and a wild swimming pond, reflecting the couple’s shift toward a more relaxed, nature-focused lifestyle.

The reported purchase follows their decision to sell their Malibu beach house in 2020 and relocate permanently to the UK. The pair, who also own homes in London and Cornwall, have increasingly embraced a quieter pace of life in recent years.

Huntington-Whiteley has previously spoken about the family’s desire for a slower, more grounded lifestyle, particularly after becoming parents to their two children, Oscar and Isabella.

“There’s an incredible dressage school around the corner,” she once shared, describing her vision of a countryside upbringing filled with outdoor activities. “I want peace.”

While Statham remains a major presence in action cinema, known for roles in high-profile franchises, Huntington-Whiteley has focused on expanding her business ventures alongside her modelling career.

Despite their global fame, the couple, who have been together since 2010 and engaged since 2016, have largely kept their personal life private, placing family at the centre of their long-term plans.
