Dua Lipa expands London property portfolio to four homes with two new purchases
Dua Lipa used firm Chiltern Court Ltd and loans from Coutts to fund the new purchases
- Dua Lipa has purchased two new London flats for around £1 million each
- She now owns four London properties, including a £7m Hampstead pad
- Lipa recently married actor Callum Turner at Old Marylebone Town Hall
Dua Lipa has expanded her London property portfolio to four homes after purchasing two new flats for around £1 million each, weeks after quietly marrying actor Callum Turner at Old Marylebone Town Hall.
The pop star, who is estimated to be worth £150 million, spent around £1 million on a two-bedroom flat in the Leicester Square area of London. A second flat in north London, also costing around £1 million, was purchased next door to a property she already owns in the same area. Both acquisitions were funded through a firm called Chiltern Court Ltd, of which Lipa is listed as a "person of significant control," with loans taken out from Coutts & Co — the royal family's private bank — and OneSavings Bank Plc.
A growing property empire
Lipa's London holdings now span four properties. She also owns a pad in Hampstead valued at £7 million, as well as a £6.5 million Victorian property in West Hampstead that she purchased in 2020. Her first London home was bought in 2017, when she was just 22 years old.
A quiet wedding followed by lavish Sicily plans
The property news comes during a celebratory period for Lipa, 29, who married Callum Turner, 35, in an intimate ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall last month. Lipa wore a white hat, dress, and gloves for the occasion, while Turner arrived in a navy suit and tie.
Eight friends and family members lined the stairs at Marylebone Registry Office and threw confetti as the couple departed in a black cab, accompanied by a small security team and family members who followed in a green Land Rover.
The low-key civil ceremony is understood to serve as the legal formality ahead of a far grander celebration — a lavish three-day event planned in Sicily. "They have rented out multiple huge venues for the multi-event extravaganza," a source said, with insiders describing the forthcoming celebration as a massive and luxurious affair.
From romance to engagement
Lipa and Turner were first linked in early 2024 and made their relationship public on Instagram in May of that year. In June 2025, Lipa confirmed the couple were engaged, setting the stage for their recent nuptials.
