Savannah Miller has revealed that her sister Sienna Miller played a key role in inspiring her decision to have another baby, saying spending time with her nieces helped her see motherhood from a new perspective.

The 47-year-old fashion designer, who is expecting her fourth child with husband James Whewell, reflected on her fertility journey in an interview with Vogue.

Savannah, already mother to Moses, Lyra and Bali, said watching Sienna raise her three children made her realise she could embrace parenthood again with greater confidence and patience.

She explained that motherhood now feels very different from when she had her first child, describing herself as more present and less driven by the pressures she experienced in her twenties and thirties.

Savannah also revealed that learning that Sienna was expecting her third child in 2025 gave her the confidence to believe another pregnancy was possible.

The designer previously said her pregnancy was intentional but has chosen not to discuss how she conceived.

She also criticised the stigma surrounding women having children later in life, arguing that age should not define a woman's decision to become a mother if it is biologically possible.
