Brittany Mahomes shares funny parenting moment after daughter Golden bites into yoga block

The 30-year-old former soccer player shared a relatable parenting moment on Instagram after discovering that her one-year-old daughter, Golden Raye, had turned one of her workout accessories into a teething toy.

Posting a video to her Instagram Stories, Brittany showed a yoga block covered with several bite marks, jokingly captioning the clip, “Golden was here.”

The amusing discovery appeared to happen while she was in the middle of a workout.

Golden, whom Brittany shares with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been dealing with teething for several months.

In February, Brittany revealed that her youngest daughter had been seeking extra comfort, sharing a video of Golden cuddling against her while chewing on celery to help soothe her gums.

In another update shared the same day, Brittany revealed that her children had become part of her workout routine.

She posted a video of herself carrying her kids up and down the stairs on piggyback rides, calling the playful activity the finishing exercise for her workout.

“Last week this was my finisher for my workout,” she wrote alongside the clip, showing her children laughing with excitement as she climbed the stairs multiple times.

Brittany also recently shared a sweet family moment featuring daughters Sterling, 5, and Golden cuddling together in bed, captioning the photo, “My girls,” while tagging Patrick.

The couple share three children together—Sterling Skye, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 3, and Golden Raye, who was born in January 2025.

High school sweethearts Brittany and Patrick got engaged in September 2020 before welcoming their first child later that year.

They married in Maui, Hawaii, in March 2022 and have frequently shared glimpses of their growing family with fans on social media.
