Teigen encountered a zipper malfunction that momentarily revealed her back, a moment she shared with playful nonchalance on her Instagram Story.

While the dress snafu briefly stole the spotlight, it didn't overshadow Teigen's stunning presence on the red carpet. 

She graced the event in a breathtaking black gown featuring a high-knee slit and an eye-catching 3D flower decal that spanned from the slit to the opposite shoulder.

Complementing her attire were sleek black heels, a simple gold clutch, and a radiant, bronzed makeup look.

The event, a cornerstone in supporting the titular charity's mission to provide vital resources for children in need, attracted a star-studded guest list. 

Notable figures like Salma Hayek Pinault, honored with the Giving Tree award, and other luminaries including Zoe Saldaña, Olivia Wilde, and Kim Kardashian, graced the evening.
