'Nobody Wants This' Sherry Cola reveals secret crush on co-star before casting

Sherry Cola has let fans in on a surprising secret.

In a candid conversation with Us Weekly the 35-year-old actress, who played Ashley who was the best friend of Kristen Bell’s character Joanne, revealed that her room was covered with her co-star’s face and posters when she was growing up. 

During the 2025 Radiance Gala, the Good Trouble star opened up, saying, "It’s been so fun to be a part of something that truly was on my vision board when I was a teenager."

"I don’t know if I’ve even told Adam this, but he was on my wall, validating my bisexuality. It was a magazine cutout from The O.C., when I was a junior in high school," the actress added. 

Sherry shared her excitement for joining the cast of the hit show Nobody Wants This, and praised Adam, Kristen, Justine Lupe along with the rest of the cast, labelling the show as a much-needed dose of lighthearted love.

"So thrilled to be a part of a good show in a time when we need something loving, something light," the Joy Ride actress expressed.
