Jennifer Aniston's celebrity trainer has finally revealed the secret of the actress' healthy body.

The 56-year-old actress’ trainer, Dani Coleman, while sharing her secret of a healthy body, told E! News, “I always tell clients I aim for three to four times a week.”

While shedding further light on how many days someone should seek a healthy routine, the trainer stressed that  it may sound cliché and simple, but start small.

“It sounds so, but I’ll choose consistency over intensity any day for clients,” Coleman said, adding, “And I just want you to get into the habit and the practice of adding daily movement into your life. Consistency over intensity and start small—scale up.”

He added, “It's important to really honor your body where it’s at and just knowing that it’s the small daily choices you’re going to make that are going to add up to the big picture.

“It’s a marathon. It’s not about the sprint.

“Because I think it’s easy to get motivated and then to lose your steam.”

Before concluding, Dani Coleman shared, “So find out what your why is and continue to build towards that long term.”
