Bad Bunny shares his experience of meeting 'Happy Gilmore 2' costar Adam Sandler

Bad Bunny recently revealed how it felt meeting his Happy Gilmore 2 costar, Adam Sandler for the first time.

In a joint appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers with the 58-year-old actor on Tuesday, July 22, the 31-year-old musician shared his experience meeting Sandler.

"I would say we met through text message, the first time that I saw him, it was at a Lakers game," Bunny recalled.

Sandler chimed in, saying, "That's right! He was on the other side, sitting way over there."

The Just Go with it actor revealed that he recognised Bunny because he was with one of his daughters, who instantly noticed the Puerto Rican musician and started getting excited.

"And then we locked eyes and then I gave you some love from across the court," Sandler reminisced.

Bunny admitted, saying, "When he [made] the eye contact with me, I was like, 'Bro! I cried," adding that he was on the verge of crying.

The I Like it singer jokingly confessed that he might have been extra emotional in the moment because he was "a little tipsy."

In addition, he explained that the reason he was feeling too many emotions that day was because, despite having attended many Lakers games and spotting several celebrities, he had never seen Sandler there before.

It is worth noting that Happy Gilmore 2 starring, Bad Bunny and Adam Sandler, is set to be released on Netflix on Friday, July 25.
