Post Malone's ex-fiancée, Jamie Park has taken a major step in a custody battle over 3-year-old daughter.

The 30-year-old singer, whose real name is Austin Post, recently scored a legal win as his former fiancée dropped her case after reaching a private settlement with the singer over their daughter, who is only identified in court documents as “DDP”.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Park sought a new custody arrangement as well as court-sanctioned child support for their daughter.

The sudden dismissal of the case suggests a deal was hammered out behind the scenes, likely involving both financial terms and visitation arrangements.

No public information have been released, and neither side has commented on the matter.

The Sunflower hitmaker had once been engaged and lived together with his former fiancée but since they had broken up, he was spotted packing on the PDA with a mystery woman recently.

Meanwhile, Post Malone is set to return to the stage on August 8, 2025, headlining the Untold Festival in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
