Conner Floyd opened up about his experience after making surprise exit from The Young and the Restless show.

On Monday, July 28, The Last Deal actor turned to his Instagram account to share memories from the set of the show.

Conner posted a video with the crew members alongside an emotional caption.

“It’s been real GC. What a ride. I have truly been blessed to call myself a citizen of Genoa City. To share the stage with so many talented and hard-working actors, creatives and crew members. This is without a doubt a special place,” the actor wrote in the caption.

He added, “I’m grateful to have been a part of such an iconic piece of art that has lasted through the decades and that has such a stellar, die-hard fan base. Thank you for accepting me. Chance will always have a close place in my heart. He’s taught me a lot and I’ll miss him dearly. It’s been an absolute honor to represent the Chancellor legacy, Detective Chancellor, over and out.”

Shortly after the video shared on Conner’s Instagram his fans flooded the comment section to express heartfelt reactions.

One fan wrote, “You will be missed”

“We love you SOOOO much!! You are a JOY!!! So sad to not see you on set… but…. You are gonna kill on days!!”, another added.

A third noted, “I never really felt they gave you enough good storylines. You’re awesome and you deserved so much more! Good luck at days of our lives. I stopped watching it for a while. I guess I’m going to go back and check it out!”
