Kanye West shaded Taylor Swift
West and Swift have a long-standing feud that started in 2009 during MTV Video Music Awards.
The rapper stormed the stage where Swift already giving her acceptance speech for Best Female Video and interrupted her.

The I Wonder hitmaker grabbed the microphone and infamously said, “Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'mma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time.”
This incident sparked a massive backlash and a long-standing feud between the two musicians.
Years later in 2025, the Single Ladies song returned the Anti-Hero singer her moment, stolen by the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian, by inviting Swift to the stage after winning Album of the Year and share in the moment.
West’s Grammy 2025 fiasco
West and his current wife, Bianca Censori made headlines earlier this year in January for attending the 2025 Grammy Awards uninvited.

This is not the only reason his gate crashing entrance became viral, his model-wife went nearly nude at the red carpet.
The reason behind their uninvited presence remains unclear.
Kanye West's pro-Hitler song
In May 2025, West released a pro-Hitler song Heil Hitler that ended with an extract of a speech by the Nazi dictator.
Soon after its release, it garnered so much criticism, leading to its removal from streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.
West’s jaw-dropping statements on slavery
West made a controversial statement on slavery in 2018, suggesting that 400 years of slavery was “a choice”, sparking outrage and criticism.
“When you hear about slavery for 400 years ... for 400 years? That sounds like a choice,” he said in an interview with TMZ.
His Anti-Semitic remarks
Not only one but the Runaway rapper has made several shocking anti-Semitic remarks.
In one of his interviews, he praised Adolf Hitler saying, “Every human being has value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler.”
Later, West tweeted that he would go “death con 3 on Jewish people”, and as a reaction, his post was removed and account was locked by Twitter.
Moreover, he was banned from Instagram and Twitter, and was terminated with partnerships by top brands like Balenciaga, Gap and Adidas.
In February 2025, the Father Stretch My Hands hitmaker’s online store sold shirts with Nazi imagery, specifically a white T-shirt with a black swastika logo.
His $20 T-shirt featured a black Nazi swastika on a white background, sparking widespread controversy.
His move was widely criticised, resulting in Shopify eventually taking down West's song.
West’s infamous public feuds
West’s infamous public feuds include with many celebrities including Jay-Z and Beyoncé; his relationship with the 55-year-old music mogul soured after the couple skipped West's wedding to Kim Kardashian in 2014.

West felt Jay didn't offer support after his then wife was robbed in Paris, leading him to remove his music from the music legend's TIDAL platform.
His another feud includes with Drake in which they had a falling out after Pusha T released a diss track titled, The Story of Adidon, which included claims about Drake's son Adonis.

West was accused of leaking the information about Adonis' existence.
His sales battle with 50 Cents goes back to 2007, when the duo released their albums, Graduation and Curtis on the same date.

Ultimately, West album outsold the Candy Shop hitmaker's piece, marking a shift in hip-hop culture where the “thug” persona was no longer the only commercially viable image, however, prompting a visible feud.
West and SNL
West was the musical guest for the premiere of Saturday Night Live's 44th season in September 2018.

During the show, the rapper performed his three songs, I Love It, We Got Love, and Ghost Town.
At the end of the song, he rant out of sudden about politics and his support for Donald Trump. Interestingly, cast member, Pete Davidson walked off the set during the speech.
West’s ‘White Lives Matter’ T-Shirt
The Niggas in Paris hitmaker donned a "White Lives Matter" T-shirt during his Yeezy Season 9 at a fashion show in October 2022.
He defended his actions by claiming Black Lives Matter “was a scam” and that his decision to wear the shirt was simply informing white people that their lives mattered too.

His actions were highly criticised by Vogue editor, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, which was supported by models, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber.
At the same time, his made led his relations with Lil Boosie and Puff Diddy, also worsened.
West and Beck
West sparked controversy at the 2015 Grammy Awards by interrupting Beck Hansen’s acceptance speech, saying Beyoncé deserved the award more.

Similar to he what with Swift, West stormed the stage and grabbed the microphone while Beck was giving his acceptance speech for Best Music Video, saying, “And I have to call out Beyoncé, because it was one of the best videos of all time.”
