Here are some of the famous faces who've said no to plastic surgeries and enhancements

In Hollywood’s glamorous world, every star wants to look flawless, stay age resistant and must fulfil the apparent beauty standards.
In this race for perfection, there are some top celebrities who’ve said no to plastic surgery.
These stars have spoken openly about their decision to skip cosmetic procedures, fillers, and Botox, choosing authenticity over artificial perfection.
Lady Gaga:

Lady Gaga has also spoken out against cosmetic surgery, telling Harper’s Bazaar in 2011, "I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."
Kristen Stewart:

The Twilight alum , Kristen Stewart, has no plans to ever go under the knife. In a 2015 interview with Harper’s Bazaar U.K., she said, "I am so freaked out by the idea of doing anything. And maybe that's completely arrogant but I don't want to change anything about myself. I think the women who do are losing their minds. It's vandalism."
Elizabeth Banks:

Elizabeth Banks shared that she’s never gotten cosmetic surgeries and procedures. The Charlie's Angels star told People, "I've never put a needle in my face. And by the way, most people do it and truly, there's no judgement. But I make my living with my face. Basically I'm terrified of f****** it up."
Jennifer Lopez:

Jennifer Lopez has long denied rumours of cosmetic enhancements. In 2021, she clapped back at an Instagram comment, writing, "I have never done Botox or any other injectables or surgery!! Just sayin’."
Jennifer Aniston:

While she admitted to having a nose job to fix a deviated septum, the Friends alum is firmly against Botox and fillers.
In a 2014 interview with Yahoo! Beauty, she said, "There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless... I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s*** into my face."

The Iron Man star, Gwyneth Paltrow, has tried a lot, but Botox isn’t one she’ll repeat. She told Harper’s Bazaar in 2013, "I’ve probably tried everything. I would be scared to go under the knife… Except I won’t do Botox again, because I looked crazy."
Drew Barrymore:

Kate Winslet:

Kate Winslet strongly opposes cosmetic procedures. The Oscar winning actress told The Telegraph in 2011, "Cosmetic surgery goes against my morals, the way my parents brought me up, and what I consider to be natural beauty. I will never give in. I am an actress, I don’t want to freeze the expression of my face."
Emma Thompson:

Emma Thompson also resists Hollywood’s obsession with eternal youth. Speaking to The Telegraph in 2011, she said, "I’m not fiddling about with myself. We’re in this awful youth-driven thing now where everybody needs to look 30 at 60."
