During his trip to North Wales, Prince William was seen sharing a heartfelt hug with a member of the public.

The sweet moment unfolded as the 43-year-old Prince of Wales made his way through Colwyn Bay, where he joined members of the Marine Conservation Society's Youth Ocean Network for a beach walk.

the network brought together a group of young people with the Marine Conservation Society to boost youth involvement in marine conservation across the United Kingdom.

Afterwards, William connected and engaged with volunteers and the youth involved in the Hiraeth Yn Y Mor project, before moving on to chat with locals.

As the Future King went on to greet the crowd, one person reached out and pulled him in an embrace.

He then carried on with the visit by taking selfies with the public and stopping for conversation.

As a part of Hiraeth Yn Y Mor project, the father of three listened to children’s stories and highlighted the importance of spending time by the sea for mental wellbeing.

He also stopped by an organisation called Youth Shedz, who are known for creating a safe space for young people who might have been experiencing challenges such as school exclusion, bullying and other social issues, such as homelessness.
