Timothée Chalamet’s fans made a shocking speculation about the French American actor’s surprising career shift.

As reported by Daily Mail, there have been rumours on social media the 29-year-old actor is actually “secretly a rapper” called EsDeeKid, who completely stays anonymous and conceal his real identity at his shows, wearing masks and balaclavas.

Many social media users drew similarities between the two, especially after a TikTok video went viral where a user named KJ Freeman posted a clip setting out his evidence, captioned, "this is going to sound crazy... (sic)"

He also pointed out that the pair both have green eyes and have the same skull-print Alexander McQueen scarf.

Moreover, Chalamet, who is currently dating Kylie Jenner, was also seen at the London show of EsDeeKid collaborator Fakemink, according to GQ.

However, on other hand, the Dune star’s fans also noted that EsDeeKid has a strong Scouse accent that the Little Women actor wouldn't be able to pull off.

The rumours of the Wonka performer being the mysterious rapper began ahead of the release of his new movie, Marty Supreme.

The Timothée Chalamet starrer is a sports drama movie which also stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Tyler, The Creator, set to be released on December 25, 2025.
