Pete Davidson’s girlfriend Elsie Hewitt makes his last pre-dad birthday unforgettable

Elsie Hewitt made sure Pete Davidson’s birthday was unforgettable because it was his last before becoming a dad.

While speaking to PEOPLE during a shoot for his new eBay partnership, the Saturday Night Live alum shared how the couple celebrated his November 16 milestone.

The day was low key, just the way he likes it. “Elsie and I did my favorite thing, which is like nothing. We watched this whole show called All Her Fault, which was pretty great,” the American comedian said.

But Hewitt had a surprise waiting. “And she made me a cake and then somehow got all The Sopranos people that are still alive to wish me happy birthday [in a video],” the Dog Man star reveals. “I was shocked. It was really cool.”

For the lifelong Sopranos fan, it was the perfect gift, one he hopes to share with his baby as soon as possible. “That's the only thing I really need is, from my soul, is for them to enjoy The Sopranos the way I do,” he added.

As the couple prepares to welcome their first child, announced in July, Davidson’s hopes are simple. “I just want this thing to be healthy and come out as soon as possible. So, as long as that, and that seems to be what's going on, I'll be thrilled.”

The celebration continued with chicken cutlets made by his mom, known on her Staten Island block for the dish.

And ahead of fatherhood, the Bupkis actor teamed with eBay to create two custom minivans, including his own Honda Odyssey equipped with a VHS player, baby changing table, mini fridge and bottle warmer, his ideal “dad van.”

For the unversed, Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt started dating in 2024 and the couple announced they were expecting their first child in 2025.
