Bella Hadid raises eyebrows with exciting career move
The supermodel made her screen debut in Ryan Murphy's FX series 'The Beauty'
Bella Hadid, Hollywood's supermodel, has revealed that acting has been a long-time dream.
The 29-year-old made her small-screen debut in Ryan Murphy's FX series The Beauty, playing a model spiraling into a murderous rampage.
While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Hadid said, “I would love to keep continuing acting after this.
“This is a dream of mine. I’ve brought my art side and my creativity to modelling, but at the end of the day, I love being able to move, and I love film and acting in general,” she added.
Bella also praised Murphy, calling him “somebody I really look up to” and admired how he blends fantasy with storytelling.
On preparing for her role, she told Entertainment Tonight, “I said, ‘Ryan, I want you to make me look haggard. I never want to be the girl next door.’
“I definitely went out of my comfort zone… He pushed me to be a different version of myself, which I’ve always wanted to do,” the supermodel added.
Bella’s acting debut comes after years of battling Lyme disease and mental health struggles.
She shared on Instagram that her sensitivity and awareness, once a source of anxiety, have become her “superpower.”
