Mel C indicates that the Spice Girls won't be embarking on a reunion tour in 2026.

During a March 17 appearance on Australia's "The Smallzy Show," Mel C, whose full name is Melanie Chrisholm, shared she won't be joining her fellow Spice Girls —Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie “Mel B” Brown and Emma Bunton — this year.

"No, there isn’t a reunion happening," she remarked.

Nonetheless, Mel C expressed hope that they'll reunite for something in the future.

"We stay in touch regularly and all want to collaborate again. I’m hopeful and optimistic you'll see us on stage together someday," stated Chisholm, 52.

The year 2026 is significant for the group. July marks 30 years since their debut single, "Wannabe," and October marks the same anniversary for their debut album, Spice.

During an October 2025 appearance on Radio Andy, Beckham expressed her thoughts about a group reunion and shared that she loved the idea of performing together at Sphere in Las Vegas.

"It’s enticing," she admitted. "It's a tempting idea, though I'm not sure I can commit to a world tour. I have commitments."

Beckham, 51, also commented, "Wow, the Sphere is incredible...imagine how amazing the Spice Girls would be performing there!"

Their last group performance was during the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony.

Following that, they each pursued individual paths. Recently, there have been rumors of discord among them.
