The Princess of Wales has been described as the "superglue" of the Royal Family by a former member of the household staff, highlighting her pivotal role in maintaining internal harmony.

Speaking on behalf of CasinoHawks, former butler Grant Harrold noted that Catherine is deeply adored by the monarchy, particularly following her challenging year-long struggle with cancer.

Harrold observed that the public and the family alike have deeply missed her presence at major engagements, stating, "It’s great to see her at the forefront of the Royal Family this weekend, which is where she should be."

He emphasised that while she is viewed externally as a global icon, her internal influence is equally significant.

According to Harrold, the Princess plays a vital role in facilitating communication between family members. He remarked, "She’s very good at keeping everyone talking and keeping everyone together."

Beyond her role as a peacemaker, Catherine reportedly provides "strong and solid support" to her in-laws, specifically King Charles III.

The two are said to be very close and genuinely enjoy their time together. Harrold also pointed out the positive effect her presence has on her husband, noting that Prince William appears significantly more confident when his wife is by his side.

Having her back in the public eye is expected to alleviate much of the pressure currently facing the Prince of Wales.

Catherine joined the Royal Family upon her marriage to Prince William in April 2011. Since then, she has become one of the most popular and influential figures within the institution, championing various charitable causes.
