Margot Robbie has sparked fresh speculation about possible cosmetic procedures after her appearance at the Chanel Fall/Winter fashion show in Paris, where her noticeably more sculpted facial features quickly drew attention online.

The Barbie star attended the high-profile event in a tousled bob hairstyle, paired with a sheer blouse over a beige bralette and flowing silk trousers. 

While her look was widely praised for its elegance, social media users began questioning whether she may have undergone aesthetic enhancements.

Online speculation ranged from buccal fat removal to Botox treatments, with others suggesting potential weight-loss-related changes. 

The discussions quickly gained traction across platforms, fueling ongoing debate about celebrity beauty standards.

An unnamed insider told Radar Online that Robbie may simply be stepping into a new personal and professional phase following the global success of Barbie.

“I think she’s very clearly telling the public that her Barbie era is over — and fans shouldn’t confuse that character with who she really is,” the source said, adding that the actress has also been firm about not pursuing a sequel despite the film’s massive box office success.

Meanwhile, medical professionals have offered differing views on the speculation. 

Dr. Robert Setari suggested Robbie’s appearance reflects what he described as the rise of “stealth” cosmetic enhancements, calling it a modern aesthetic trend.

Another expert, Dr. Charles Runels, pushed back on claims of surgical intervention, suggesting the changes may be more natural.

“If she had any help from fillers, it would likely be subtle,” he said. 

“Sometimes the secret to a movie star face isn’t adding anything at all — it’s revealing the structure that was there all along.” Robbie has not publicly addressed the rumours.
