Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington swap Hollywood for countryside living with £25M Beachfront Estate

Jason Statham and longtime partner Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are reportedly preparing for a major lifestyle shift as the couple builds a sprawling £25 million “forever home” along England’s south coast.

According to reports, the waterfront estate — located near a naturist beach and coastal nature reserve — is designed to offer the family a quieter life away from Hollywood. The luxury property is expected to feature five bedrooms, a private shoreline, indoor lap pool, boating lake, gym, horse stables and a treehouse for the couple’s children, Jack and Isabella.

Land Registry records cited by British media reportedly show that Statham purchased the site in January 2024 for £20 million, with an estimated additional £5 million being spent on construction and development.

The home, said to be designed in a minimalist brutalist style, reflects Huntington-Whiteley’s desire to reconnect with the countryside lifestyle she grew up with in Devon. In a recent interview with Vogue Australia, the model spoke candidly about wanting a calmer environment for her family.

“I want peace,” she said, describing her hopes for a more outdoors-focused upbringing for her children, complete with mud, climbing trees and horses nearby.

Huntington-Whiteley also reflected on her rural childhood, recalling life surrounded by animals and nature. She credited those early experiences with teaching her self-sufficiency and a strong work ethic.

The high-profile couple’s move has already drawn attention from locals, with some reportedly spotting Statham walking near the construction site alongside friend and fellow actor Vinnie Jones.

While many residents have expressed curiosity about the ambitious build, reports suggest some neighbours have also raised concerns about increased construction traffic in the quiet coastal area.

Despite the attention, the project signals a new chapter for Statham and Huntington-Whiteley as they continue stepping away from the fast-paced glamour of Los Angeles in favour of a more secluded family life in the English countryside.
