Elsie Hewitt celebrates first Mother’s Day amid reported relationship struggles

Elsie Hewitt marked her first Mother’s Day with an emotional tribute to daughter Scottie Rose amid reports she and partner Pete Davidson are navigating challenges in their relationship.

The 30-year-old model took to Instagram on Sunday, May 10, sharing a carousel of personal photos from her pregnancy journey and life with their four-month-old daughter.

“We’re all here because of a mother’s sacrifice to make herself your first home,” Hewitt wrote in the caption. “I got to be Scottie’s. Greatest honor of my life. Happy Mother’s Day.”

The heartfelt post arrives shortly after reports surfaced claiming the couple has been working through difficulties while adjusting to parenthood. 

According to sources, the pair remains focused on raising their daughter together despite ongoing relationship struggles.

“There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together,” a source previously shared. “They’re adjusting to parenthood and working through the process.”

Hewitt and Davidson welcomed daughter Scottie Rose on Dec. 12, 2025. 

The baby’s name holds special meaning for the comedian, as she was named after Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson, a New York City firefighter who died responding to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The Saturday Night Live alum later honored his daughter by getting her name tattooed near his ear.

Davidson has also spoken openly about fatherhood in recent months, calling the experience both “exhausting” and “rewarding.” 

During an earlier interview, the comedian praised Hewitt as a “fantastic” mother and admitted becoming a parent unlocked a deeply protective side of him.

“Dad life is awesome,” Davidson said at the time. “You’re just ready to fight anyone.”

The couple first sparked romance rumors in March 2025 after being spotted together during a PDA-filled outing in Florida. 

They later made their red carpet debut at the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s Blossom Ball, where Hewitt publicly praised Davidson’s support throughout her health journey.

Despite recent speculation surrounding their relationship, both Hewitt and Davidson appear focused on co-parenting their daughter as they continue adjusting to life as new parents.
