Josh Allen calls daughter his 'whole world' in sweet tribute to Hailee Steinfeld’s on Mothers Day

Josh Allen is embracing fatherhood with a tender public gesture as his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, marked her first Mother’s Day since welcoming their baby girl.

On Monday, May 11, the NFL quarterback, 29, reshared Steinfeld’s Instagram post on his Stories, joining in the celebration of the milestone moment just weeks after the couple became parents.

Steinfeld’s post offered fans a first glimpse of their newborn daughter, including a close-up photo of the baby’s tiny hand. Allen responded simply but emotionally, writing over the image: “My whole world.”

The actress, 29, shared a five-photo carousel reflecting on her first Mother’s Day, which included handwritten cards, a celebratory breakfast, sweet treats, and intimate snapshots of her baby girl’s hands and legs. 

She captioned the post, “A day late but simply obsessed with this [emoji].”

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in April.

Steinfeld first revealed the birth in a Substack newsletter titled Special Delivery, writing, “Our baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments.”

She later shared another update, expressing how deeply the experience had changed her life. 

“To say we are unbelievably happy and in love with this baby girl would be an understatement,” she wrote, adding that she was “soaking in the newborn bliss.”

Friends and colleagues also shared their support in the comments, including actor Jeremy Renner, who congratulated the new mom and sent his well-wishes.

Allen and Steinfeld, who have kept much of their relationship private, have now stepped into a new chapter together as they adjust to life as new parents.
