Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez marked Memorial Day with a relaxed family celebration in Los Angeles, spending the holiday with her twins, Max and Emme while sharing personal moments with fans on social media.

The 56-year-old star posted a series of Instagram updates on Monday, May 25, showing her enjoying time poolside in a white bikini, as well as clips of swimming, sunbathing, and singing along with loved ones.

Lopez captioned her post: “Spending the day with the people I love. Happy Memorial Day, everybody [heart emojis].”

The celebration included her 18-year-old twins, Max Muñiz and Emme Maribel Muñiz, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

In one moment shared online, Lopez was seen embracing Max while posing with the U.S. flag in the background.

The family gathering also featured a lighthearted sing-along to Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” with Lopez appearing to lead the musical moment alongside friends and relatives.

In addition to swimwear shots, the “On The Floor” singer was seen wearing a white lace cutout dress during parts of the celebration, as she continued documenting the day’s festivities.

Lopez has previously spoken openly about motherhood, describing her bond with her children as deeply meaningful and “unconditional” while reflecting on their upbringing in earlier interviews.

Her daughter Emme has already shown an interest in music, famously joining Lopez on stage during the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show performance, where she performed “Let’s Get Loud.”

In recent years, Lopez has also discussed the challenges of parenting teenagers, noting that the dynamic changes significantly as children grow older and become more independent.

Despite those challenges, she has continued to emphasize the importance of maintaining strong family connections, particularly as her children enter adulthood.
