Katy Perry has praised an airline crew for their swift response during an in-flight medical emergency.

The Roar hitmaker took to X, formerly Twitter, to commend Air Canada after witnessing what she described as a serious medical situation aboard one of the airline’s flights.

“Last night I flew on an AirCanada flight #AC779 from Montreal to LAX and I watched a medical emergency happen on the plane,” Perry wrote.

“I was so impressed with the level of attentiveness and quick action from the crew that I just want to highlight the level of professionalism and consideration they had for the passenger,” she added.
