Emma Chamberlain opens up about Gemini traits and personality duality

Emma Chamberlain has opened up about her relationship with astrology, saying she has grown increasingly open to her Gemini identity, even its most stereotypical traits.

The 25-year-old influencer, entrepreneur, and Anything Goes host spoke about her evolving perspective on horoscopes in an exclusive interview with People, explaining that she once had a skeptical view of astrology before a recent shift in mindset.

“One thing I should say first is that I’ve gone back and forth about how I feel about horoscopes, it’s actually more of a new thing for me recently,” Chamberlain said, adding that having her birth chart read played a key role in changing her opinion.

She explained that while the reading was not done professionally, its accuracy surprised her enough to reconsider her stance.

“It was so f—king accurate that I was like, ‘Wait, I actually cannot ignore this anymore,’” she said, noting that she had previously been in a “skeptical era” before becoming more open to astrology.

Chamberlain said the experience felt especially fitting for her Gemini nature, describing her personality as changeable and sometimes contradictory.

“I change my mind a lot,” she admitted, particularly when discussing her career decisions and creative projects. “So I kind of can’t talk about things until they’re done.”

Born under the Gemini sign, Chamberlain said she recognizes the stereotype of being adaptable and indecisive—but doesn’t see it negatively.

“I am a Gemini to a T,” she said, adding that her ability to shift perspectives can also help her socially.

“I’m so good at putting on a face and like everybody thinks I love them — even if I maybe don’t love somebody they don’t know.”

She further joked about being a “two-faced Gemini,” but said she believes her personality ultimately has a positive impact on others.

“I’m totally a two-faced Gemini, but in a way that I think is ultimately very positive and makes people feel good,” she said.

Chamberlain also compared her personality traits with those of her best friend and stylist Jared Ellner, noting that although they are both Geminis, they express the sign’s traits differently.

“I'm more of an explosive, loud kind of Gemini and I would say he's more of an observer,” she said.

The entrepreneur added that her astrological chart strongly reflects Gemini dominance, with multiple placements reinforcing traits associated with curiosity, intellect, and adaptability.
