Sean “Diddy” Combs, the American rapper has entangled in another legal trouble on Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court after the allegations of sexual assault.

As per the legal records obtained by PEOPLE, the Coming Home singer facing allegations from Joi Dickerson-Neal, who accuses him of administering drugs and sexually assaulting her during her college years at Syracuse University in 1991.

Attorneys representing Dickerson-Neal asserted that she became a victim of "revenge porn" as Diddy allegedly recorded the incident and distributed the footage within the music industry.

Diddy refutes the accusations, asserting that Dickerson-Neal has fabricated the narrative.

The reprsesntators of the rap singer said, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

Jonathan Goldhirsh, the attorney representing Dickerson-Neal, conveyed in a press statement to PEOPLE that, prior to meeting Diddy, the victim was already aware of the allegations of his "mistreatment of women" and approached their interaction cautiously.

During their date, which Dickerson-Neal asserts she reluctantly agreed to, she alleges being drugged after leaving her drink unattended with Diddy and subsequently found herself unable to stand or walk independently.

In documents, it is alleged, “Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men,” adding, “Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, ‘everyone.’”

"Our client has not been able to escape the continuing impact of the harm Combs caused her many years ago. Through the Adult Survivors Act, she can avail herself to the courts to finally seek justice,” Goldhirsch said.

Diddy  and Cassie settlement:

Just a few days ago, Diddy and Casandra "Cassie" Ventura reached an agreement, resolving the legal dispute merely a day after the singer initiated a lawsuit against him in New York. 

The lawsuit encompassed allegations of rape, sex trafficking, domestic violence, and other charges.
