Ranbir Kapoor receives special message from father in law Mahesh Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor received a special message from his father-in-law, Mahesh Bhatt while promoting his upcoming film Animal.

During the Indian Idol season 14 show, Ranbir recieved a video message from Bhatt in which he was praising the Shamshera actor as the "world's best father."

Alia Bhatt's father, Mahesh Bhatt also shared that the  Darlings actress considers the Animal star as one of the best actors in the country.

Meanwhile the Aashiqui director personally believes the way Ranbir looks at their daughter Raha is something he wishes everyone could witness.

He said, "Alia, who I believe is a miracle, says Ranbir is one of the best actors in our country, but I believe Ranbir is the world’s best father when he sees, I wish you could see his eyes at that time."

Moreover, Bhatt also recalled what the Sanju star's mother, Neetu, says about his love for their daughter, saying, "His mother, Neetu Kapoor, says, ‘Aisa pyaar toh maa karti hai apni bachiyo se jo Ranbir karta hai Raha se."

He concluded saying he is proud of him, noting, "I’m proud I have a son-in-law like Ranbir."

Mahesh Bhatt's message touched Ranbir emotionally as he expressed gratitude on the show, mentioning that the Zakhm dircetor had never directly conveyed such sentiments to him before.

Ranbir sarcastically stated, "Sasur ji se pass hogaya hu main."

Also when asked about the songs he sings for his daughter, the Tamasha actor shared that there are two, an English song, "Baby Shark Do Do Do Do," which he finds a bit annoying, and the other is "Lalla Lalla Lori." 

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt marriage: 

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married on April 14, 2022 in an intimate wedding ceremony at their residence.

The couple welcomed their first baby daughter Raha Kapoor on November 6, 2023.
