Angelina Jolie is parting ways with her longtime Los Angeles residence, listing her historic Los Feliz estate for nearly $30 million as she prepares for a life beyond the city.

The Oscar-winning actress has put the sprawling property on the market for $29.85 million.

The estate, once owned by pioneering filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, sits on more than two acres and features an 11,000-square-foot Beaux-Arts-style mansion with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

The compound also includes a guest house, pool house, fitness studio, tea house, and a separate garage with a security station. The grounds offer sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and the Griffith Observatory, alongside mature trees, expansive lawns, and added privacy.

Jolie purchased the home in 2017 for $24.5 million, a year after her high-profile divorce from Brad Pitt. The former couple, who split in 2016, share six children together.

Her decision to sell comes as a long-anticipated shift in her personal life approaches.

Jolie has previously indicated she plans to leave Los Angeles once her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, turn 18 in July.

In a past interview, she noted that her continued stay in the city was largely tied to family circumstances following her divorce, adding that she ultimately seeks more privacy, peace, and a different way of life.

Looking ahead, Jolie has expressed interest in spending more time abroad, particularly in Cambodia, where she adopted her eldest son Maddox and has maintained close ties over the years.

Sources familiar with the situation say the actress has already begun showing the property to pre-qualified buyers following renovations, signaling she is ready to move on from Los Angeles and embrace a more global lifestyle.
