Joey King admitted that getting married to Steven Piet was the best moment of her 2023.
Taking to her Instagram account on Friday, King shared a picture on her story, featuring Piet and herself sharing a kiss at their wedding in Spain.
The photo showcased the couple all wet, which is probably from an unplanned plunge.
The Kissing Booth actress wrote on the picture, "Marrying this babe," while responding to the poll's question about her best moment of 2023.
Prior to this, King also shared to Elite Daily that she and Piet took a dive into the pool during their reception to cool off.
The Bullet Train star told the outlet, "It was not planned because we were already having a pool party the next day, I have never danced harder in my life than at my wedding. "
"My husband and I got so hot, so sweaty, you know that heat where you can start to feel your heartbeat in your face? I was that hot," she added.
In addition to this, King also revealed that she made sure to inform the wedding photographers in advance so they could capture the enjoyable moment while the jump into the pool was unplanned.
The 24-year-old actress stated, "I knew the photographers would want to know, so I told them we were going for it, then, we just jumped in, and it was the most fun because so many people joined us in their fancy dresses."
"It was the most romantic moment to me. It was so spontaneous, and it felt like such a movie, honestly, I loved the camaraderie of it all," King continued.
