Here is a list of some highly-anticipated novels from some of New York Times Bestselling authors, set  to be launched in 2024

'A Tempest of Tea' by Hafsah Faizal:

A Tempest of Tea is a young adult fiction and fantasy novel expected to be released on February 20, 2024.

This novel revolves around Arthie Casimir, a criminal mastermind on the streets of White Roaring whose tearoom becomes an illegal bloodhouse by dark giving refuge to the vampires feared by society.

Her establishment is threatened and is forced to strike a deal to save it. Arthie comes up with a plan to infiltrate the dark and glittering vampire society.

She will find herself in chaos and suffer betrayal at the hands of her own as the world’s fate falls in jeopardy.

'The Fury' by Alex Michaelides:

Alex Michaelides, is New York Times Bestselling author for his infamous novel, The Silent Patient.

His upcoming novel, The Fury, is a narration of murder and love by Elliot Chase, about Lana Farrar, an ex–movie star and one of the most famous women in the world.

Every year, she invites her closest friends to celebrate Easter on her idyllic private Greek island, a perfect getaway trip and… a setting for murder.

The synopsis of the book states: “We found ourselves trapped there overnight. Our old friendships concealed hatred and a desire for revenge.”

'House of Flame and Shadow' by Sarah J. Mass:

Sarah J. Mass is also one of New York Times Bestselling author, renowned for her fantasy series Crescent City, Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses.

House of Flame and Shadow is the much anticipated third installment of the Crescent City series telling the tales Bryce Quinlan and her adventures in her homeplace, Midgard.

However, her adventure in this sequel leads her out of her home planet which will take all the wit and bravery she has in her to return back to Midgard.

'Bride' by Ali Hazelwood:

Ali Hazelwood is an Italian novelist who rose to fame with her debut novel, The Love Hypothesis, that became a New York Times bestseller.

Her upcoming novel, Bride, is a much awaited novel and is expected to be launched by February 6, 2024.

'Martyr!' by Kaveh Akbar:

Kaveh Akbar is an Iranian-American novelist known for his works Calling a Wolf a Wolf and Portrait of the Alcoholic.

His 2024 book, Martyr!, revolves around the orphaned son of Iranian immigrants, Cyrus Shams.

The boy never got a chance to know his mother who died in a plane after it was shot down over the Persian Gulf, a senseless “accident.”

Cyrus spends much of his life questioning the nature of his mother’s death and sets out to learn the truth of her life. As he searches for scattered clues of his life and pieces them together, a final revelation transforms everything he thought he knew.

Martyr! Is expected to be released on 18 January, 2024.

'Faebound' by Saara El-Arifi:

Saara El-Arifi is a rising star in the writing world. She gained recognition with her debut novel of the Young Adult genre, The Final Strife, released in 2022.
