Shia LaBeouf recently revealed the three Hollywood stars who helped him save his life and inspired him to take the road to sobriety.

To note, the 38-year-old actor was also recently accused of abuse allegations by his ex, FKA Twigs.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, LaBeouf credited Mel Gibson, Sean Penn and Josh Brolin for helping him to get back on the right track.

The Fury actor praised Gibson, saying, "Big respect, big love. He’s always been very lovely to me.'"

"He held my hand when I was really s******* on myself. Dude really stepped up for me in big ways," he added.

LaBeouf also admitted, "Him, Sean Penn, James Brolin — these guys got me to sobriety. They got around me and kept me alive."

"Sean also showed up and motivated me to do this as a play. I was scared as f*** when this thing started, "the Transformers actor said, referring to his upcoming movie.

"There was a bunch of guys that I looked up to that just started popping up. I had never, ever felt that kind of love — not like that," LaBeouf stated.

Shia LaBeouf’s upcoming movie Henry Johnson is slated for release on Friday, May 9.
