The untold Royal survival stories

The life of a royal is one that is said to be filled with wealth, ostentation, and safety, but to most, there is a different and hidden reality to it that is virtually unknown.

Also, royal families have their own share of threats, isn't it? Their resilience, discipline, and devotion to their work is what is generally exposed when trying to figure out political instability or a nagging personal health problem.

The royal's life is marked by extreme security setup and that is the most prominent feature. Constant protection is received with patrols that have been specially trained to respond to attack. Defense is not best, but it is a promise.

Even Queen Elizabeth II had a few close calls which included an exciting event in 1981 when there was a shooting during a parade. The royal family is trained to not panic during these situations and serve to calm the public, which is quite a strong part of their legacy.

Worthy of mention are conditions that are life threatening for any person, but, for some reason, royalty tend to deal with these issues with poise.

In 1997, Princess Diana got into a serious car accident and, to date, one of the most significant moments of that episode is how it demonstrated to the world that everyone is, in some way, vulnerable, regardless of how famous they are.

In the recent past, families of royalty are known for having talked publicly about health crises, proving that one’s ability to recover is determined, to a great extent, by the mental attitude.
