Sophie Turner reflects on joys of restarting life after recent split

Sophie Turner recently reflected on taking chances and embracing changes in life following her recent breakup with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson.

Game of Thrones star shared cryptic message to her Instagram Stories on December 12 that read, “Life, really, is just a series of endings and beginnings. On a loop.”

“Every up and down comes at a point in this cycle. Perhaps embracing the start of something new must be balanced with accepting the reality of something coming to an end,” explained the 29-year-old.

In the end, the Joan actress added, “As you feel the heaviness of an ending, remember that the joy of a new beginning is just around the corner.”

Sophie did not clarify why the message appeared to resonate with her.

For those unversed, the actress finalised her divorce with ex-husband Joe Jonas last year.

Interestingly, Sophie decided to move away from the United States to her native England.

“I am so happy to be back. It felt as if my life was on pause until I returned to England,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2024.
