Jamie Campbell Bower reflects on filming final ‘Stranger Things’ scene

Jamie Campbell Bower confessed wrapping Stranger Things felt both bittersweet and freeing, which stayed with him for long time after the cameras stopped rolling. 

The English actor reflected on his final day on set while speaking with People ahead of the show’s final season release at the Los Angeles premiere last month.

Sharing his experience, Bower jokingly said, “It was like I had put down a bunch of bags I’d been carrying for four or five years,” adding that he looked like someone who had “just taken the first breath of his life”.

Bower, who joined the Netflix series in Season 4 as a main antagonist Vecna, believed that this was the right time for the show to come to an end.

Although his work was brief in the hit series, his role had been more of an emotional ride for him.

“We all worked so hard on this season,” he continued. “Now it’s time to hand it over to the fans.”

Meanwhile, Stranger Things Season 5 is currently streaming on Netflix, with the final episodes arriving later this month.
